My name is Troi Carter (she/her). Born and raised in Washington State growing up in the Gig Harbor-Tacoma area. I started photography in 2015 practicing with friends and family along with taking photography and videography classes in school. I graduated from CWU in 2021 with a Bachelor of Science in Business Admin/IT with a specialization in Cyber Security. Now that I am settled into my IT career, I now have the ability to pursue photography part-time consistently.
